Returns Policy
Our
no-hassle returns policy means that if for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, return it to Cedar Trading
undamaged within fourteen days and we will refund the purchase
price.
Refunds
will be made by charging back the amount to your credit
card.
If a
product is defective, please provide a full description of the fault
and return the item in its original box (if any), with all warranty
cards, licences, manuals etc. Then send the package to the address
below.
To
return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the
return, wrap the package securely and please send us your e-mail
address so we can notify you when your refund has been credited to
your credit card account.

Please
note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the
goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item
is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the
delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your
residence at your cost.
For
your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service.
This
returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an item/order: Under the United Kingdom's
Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the
contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of
delivery. This applies to all our products.
You may
cancel all or part of an order.
You may
notify us of cancellation by phone, email or regular
post.
If your
notice of cancellation arrives at our offices after we have
begun the delivery process, you will still be liable for the postage
and packing on that order and for any costs incurred in returning
the items to us.
As soon
as we receive the returned goods from your cancelled order, we will
refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order.
The
goods must arrive back with us unopened and undamaged.
Again,
for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service.
Out-of-stock items: In the
unlikely event of an ordered item being temporarily out of stock, we
will supply your order less the out-of-stock item's price.
If an
item is out of stock this will not increase the post and packing
charge on your
